Framed Lucky Penny Holder In Pink

SPECIAL OF THE DAY

"They say find a penny, pick it up, and all day long you'll have good luck. Well this is your lucky penny.

Framed lucky penny holder with a striped blue and white fabric background with tiny little hearts. Penny is encircle with a pink hand crocheted holder. A little white bow accents the penny holder. It is framed with a 5 by 7 inch wooden look frame. The frame will set up or hang.
The penny is dated 2010.
This lucky penny is a great gift for a new baby, child or adults birthday. Or just to give anytime. Great gift to add into a wedding gift with the dated penny the same as the wedding date.
I will take custom orders for the lucky penny. In the color of background, color of holder, color of ribbon. If there is a certain year of penny you would like, I will do my best to find that year.

Now that your gardens are really producing and you have lots of Zucchinis to use.  Here is a great recipe to use some of those zucchinis.

   Zucchini and Basil Cream Sauce.

   Ingredients

1 cup chicken broth 2 garlic cloves, minced dash cayenne pepper 2 small carrots, julienned 4 medium zucchini, cut into 2-inch julienne strips 1 teaspoon cornstarch 1/4 cup 2% milk 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese 1 tablespoon minced fresh basil 1/4 cup shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese

Directions

In a large saucepan, bring the broth, garlic and cayenne to a boil; cook, uncovered, until mixture is reduced by a third. Add carrots. Reduce heat; cover and cook for 4-5 minutes or until tender. Add zucchini; cover and cook for 8-10 minutes or until tender. Drain.

Combine the cornstarch and milk until smooth; stir into vegetables. Bring to a boil; cook and stir for 2 minutes or until thickened. Add Parmesan cheese and basil; stir gently. Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese.
